houses models making in archicad

Hello,
I am looking for a freelancer working on archicad 25 or 26 version. I need him to make models from 2d drawings. Mainly little houses. Hi must get there i a model exterior shell that is:
-walls with doors and windows, windows with sills
-roofs, chinneys, balustrades
-gutters and downpipes
-if there are light points in the project, you insert a lamp from archicad
-if there is a terrace or stairs at the entrance, also consider with slab
-if there is a soffit, insert a slab
I am looking for another person to my crew, if you can work in archicad, every model will tak you about hour or two, if You say You need 4-5 hours, that is not " i know archicad"
Models are very simple for an experienced person who knows the program, they do not exceed 300 sqm, usually about 220sqm. As a starting material, I provide house designs, i.e. projections, sections, elevations and most often photos or 3D views
No design, no rendering. ONLY MODELING IN ARCHICAD
If you are interested i want to see your example of file, and price your work
PS. i don need sketchup or 3dsmax, only archicad
