Rural Landscape Modelling for Mass Balance
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I am seeking a skilled professional to develop a detailed landscape model using AutoCAD or ArchiCAD, focusing on a rural environment. The primary purpose of this model is to perform mass balance calculations related to earth movement. The model should accurately represent topographical features to facilitate precise analysis and planning.
Key Requirements:
- Create a comprehensive landscape model of a rural environment
- Focus on topographical elements for accurate mass balance calculations
- Utilize AutoCAD or ArchiCAD or useful CAD programm for model development
- Ensure the model supports detailed earth movement analysis
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD

- Attention to detail and accuracy in modelling
here my tasks (PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY!):
The task is to create a mass balance including the plans and to investigate when and at what heights this mass balance ends up at = 0, i.e. Excavation out = Filling in
Attached is a DWG file with the following content: A sloping-land property with elevation points and an existing slope in the lower area of the property.
A total of 4 horizontal levels are shown, which cut into the current slope. The turquoise area at the bottom of the plot represents the slope to be constructed.
Within this area (between the slope currently shown in green and the property boundary)
must be filled with material. A 1m high wall will be erected at the lower boundary (see profile section). The aim is to incorporate the excavated material from the 4 levels (yellow, blue, red, green) into the lower slope so that the final balance is 0 (ZERO).
- The decisive height of the levels is always the lower edge! (see profile sections V1, V2, V3)
Further edge parameters:
- The lower green level may be at a maximum height of 730.00 (see section V2), no higher, better lower!
- The upper level (yellow) must not be higher than 755.70, better 755.50 or 755.00, but not lower than 755.
- The vertical distance between the blue level and the green level must not exceed 1.1m, better 1.0 or 0.9m
- The vertical distance between the blue plane and the yellow plane must not exceed 2m, preferably less
- The non-hatched areas (to the east (right and in the upper area of the slope) are not part of the consideration and can be ignored.
- The red plane is always -30cm from the blue plane.
We need from you:
- The mass balance and the plans/drawing for the 3 sections (V1, V2, V3)
- One or two further plans/drawings drawn up under your own direction, which take the edge parameters into account as far as possible and show a mass balance at +-0 as a result.
- Please always provide all details and NUMBERS separately: How much excavation at level yellow, level blue, level green, level red, backfill, for all versions
