Professional ArchiCAD Elevation Rendering

I have a set of raw elevations straight out of ArchiCAD that need to be taken from “draft” to “presentation-ready.” The line work is all there, but what I’m missing are polished, high-detail renderings with convincing lighting effects. I already have a defined colour and material palette, which I’ll share along with the PLN and any supporting schedules.

Your task is to:

• Refine the existing elevations in ArchiCAD (or an export of your choice) so every surface reads crisply.
• Apply my specified materials and colours accurately, then light the scene to bring depth and realism—think high-quality marketing boards rather than photoreal CGI.
• Deliver each elevation as a high-resolution image suitable for print and digital presentation.
