Point cloud to archicad modeling. (AC 28 only)

We want a bim modeling of a series of small hotel buildings (200 - 600 sq meters each)



we are using the default story settings (as in the example file)
we are using the default settings in elements
we have to be accurate in every wall thickness
we use the already used entrance door, wc door , window openings (existing types in the file)
we need the accurate height of the exterior walls
we need the interior beams and roof slopes accurately (5cm maximum false)
we have already designed the perimeter.

there is an example file attached (example.pln)
with the perimeter of the building and one similar building finished.

the suggested workflow is:
slab in zero level
perimetrical walls and defining their thickness
roofs (one per room due to their possible different slope or level)
openings
details interior (beams, niches etc)
