AFTER GERMAN LEGAL REGULATIONS KfW40 Sustainable Home Floorplans

I’m planning a single-family prefabricated house that must satisfy the German KfW 40 standard, and I need a fresh set of floorplans. The manufacturer supplied basic drawings, yet I’d like them refined and, at the same time, explore at least one completely new layout. Energy-saving concepts and a full smart-home infrastructure have to be woven in creatively while respecting typical prefab wall modules and construction grids.

What I will hand over
• Current ground- and first-floor PDFs/DWGs
• The catalogue of the supplier’s structural system
• Plot dimensions and orientation data

What I expect back
• Two coherent plan sets (re-worked original plus new variant) delivered as DWG and PDF
• A brief explanatory sheet that points out every KfW 40 measure and all smart-home provisions
• A submission-ready version formatted 1 : 100 to DIN 1356

Acceptance criteria
– All dimensions accurate to ±1 cm
– Window and door schedule included
– Energy-saving and smart-home elements clearly labelled

Preferred tools are AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or Revit—choose whichever lets you work fastest, provided I receive open DWG files. I’d like the first draft within a week and final files after one revision round. Let me know if you need any additional specs to get started.
