Eco-Friendly Single-Family Home Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to turn my vision of a sustainable single-family home into fully buildable plans. The focus is residential architecture with an eco-friendly aesthetic, so every decision—from orientation and envelope performance to material selection—should prioritise low energy consumption and a light environmental footprint while still feeling warm, inviting, and contemporary.
What I need from you is a complete architectural package: conceptual sketches that capture flow and massing, detailed floor plans and elevations, a refined 3D model for visualisation, and construction-ready drawings that a local engineer can stamp. Passive-solar layout principles, natural ventilation strategies, and provisions for solar panels, rain-water harvesting, and high-efficiency insulation are central to the design.
Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or a BIM equivalent—as long as final files are delivered in both native and exportable formats (PDF and DWG).
Key deliverables:
• Concept design set with site placement and basic massing
• Developed schematic plans, sections, and elevations highlighting sustainable features
• High-quality 3D renderings (day & dusk) for presentation
• Full construction drawings including schedules, notes, and material specifications
• A concise sustainability report outlining passive and active green strategies
I’m happy to provide a rough site survey, local zoning information, and photographs of the surroundings as soon as we start. Let me know how you would approach the project, any similar eco-friendly homes you’ve designed, and your expected timeline from concept through final deliverables.
