Draftsperson for Australian Residential Developments/Extentions
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm seeking a knowledgeable draftsperson to undertake the creation of detailed construction plans for a single-family house project. Your main tasks will cover:
- Developing meticulous construction plans in sync with my vision
- Ensuring the design strictly adheres to the national construction code
- Seamlessly incorporating Australian standards into the designs
Ideally, you'll have a robust understanding of construction in Melbourne, Australia, and can demonstrate previous experience in residential building design. Knowledge of the national construction code and Australian building standards is compulsory for this role.
Designer must be able to use ArchiCAD and also send me through the PDF and ArchiCAD (.pln) file
