Creating plans for existing buildings
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I need a complete set of plans for an existing residential building so I can update all the necessary documents and potentially initiate an energy-efficient renovation. The building has three floors – basement, ground floor, and upper floor – and the plans should cover exactly that. No special details are required; the standard level of detail is perfectly sufficient.
Specifically, I expect the following from you: (Like the file "Sample_Plan" from a past project)
• a comprehensive building description,
• a current energy performance certificate,
• an overview plan at a scale of 1:1000,
• a site plan at a scale of 1:500,
• a wastewater disposal plan, also at 1:500,
• a setback plan at 1:200,
• floor plans of all three levels at 1:100,
• a section at 1:100,
• and all elevations at 1:100.
...`` It's important to me that the drawings are cleanly created in CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit) and that I receive them after the project is completed, both as a PDF for direct submission and in the editable original format. Please ensure that dimension chains, elevation codes, and north arrows are correctly implemented and that all plans have a consistent title block layout.
Please briefly let me know which program you plan to use and how you will quickly gather the existing conditions or request the data I need (existing plans, photos).
