ArchiCAD 3D render detailing of house
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I already have the file in ArchiCAD i need for you to to put details of outside and the furniture inside and trees and fence outside and car.
To make the house to a 3D Presentation to show the client how the house will be.
Scope
• Re-draw every element exactly as shown on the PDFs.
• Produce only the basic exterior 3D massing; skip textures, landscaping, and any interior detailing.
• Maintain correct dimensions, floor heights, wall thicknesses, and the window/door schedule as seen in the source files.
• Organise the project logically by storeys and layers so I can continue work smoothly afterward.
Deliverables
1. Native .pln file (Archicad 25 or earlier preferred—let me know which version you’ll use).
2. Quick screenshot or PDF export confirming the 3D model aligns with my original plans.
Once I receive the clean ArchiCAD file and verify the 3D render and details both inside and outside the job will be complete
