ArchiCAD Residential Drawing Package

I have an existing reference set and now need the full drawing package rebuilt in ArchiCAD for a modern-style residential project. Please recreate the graphic standards, layering, pen sets, and sheet layout you see in the attached example so I can slot your work straight into my documentation workflow.

Deliverables
• Floor plans
• Elevations
• Sections
• Construction details
• Door, window and finish schedules

All geometry must be native ArchiCAD (no imported lines or fills), organised with clean layer naming and consistent pen weights. I will require both the editable .pln file and print-ready PDFs sized for A1 sheets. Please follow Australian (AS) dimensioning conventions; if something is unclear in the reference set, ask before you draw so we stay coordinated.

I will review the first floor plan within 24 hours of receipt and give red-line comments; once that layout is signed off, proceed with the remaining sheets. Let me know your estimated turnaround for the initial plan and for the full package so we can lock in milestones.
