3D ArchiCAD Modeler for Kasba Redevelopment

Project Overview:
We are working on our project: the redevelopment of the historic Kasba of Imouzer Kandar, located in a mountainous region.
We need a skilled Archicad expert to create detailed 3D models, animations, and photos highlighting specific areas of the Kasba.
While a 3D model is not mandatory for our project, we believe it would be a valuable tool to visualize our proposed solutions for the Kasba. The primary focus of our evaluation will be on the lighting, public toilets, services, and improvements suggested for the area. The 3D model is simply an optional way to present these ideas in a more tangible and immersive manner.
The model must include key elements like main entries, a public garden with a fountain, markets, parking spaces (including accessibility for disabled people), public toilets, and lighting installations. Your expertise will help us visualize both the daylight and nighttime transformations of this important site, while keeping the historical integrity intact.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop comprehensive 3D model of the Kasba using provided AutoCAD topographic survey data and satellite imagery. Incorporate the following elements into the model: Individual houses + A proposed solution for the deep hole + A garden or yard with a fountain + A market area + A mini parking lot + The surrounding walls or borders + Additional details such as lighting, trash cans, and public toilets.
The image labeled [kasba_infos.png] illustrates the details mentioned previously.
2) Create animations that display the Kasba in daylight and at night, highlighting key features like the houses, doors, public toilets, garden, bazaar, and parking.
3) Incorporate public lighting into the animation, showing its activation at night.
4) Ensure the 3D models reflect the heritage and architectural details of the site, including texture and material choices.
Details to Include in the 3D Structure:
1) Main Entries and Doors (The Kasba has four principal doorways) : The main doors should be modeled in a transformed state, reflecting a more modern but historically sensitive design. The image titled [door.jpg] provides an approximate representation of the desired door design.
2) Public Toilets:
2-1) Constructed with reinforced concrete, designed to imitate local stone, and using wooden and stone elements for the exterior.
2-2) PMR Toilets: 2.25m² surface area with 90 cm wide doors, wheelchair accessible.
2-3) Standard Toilets: 2m² surface area with 80 cm wide doors.
2-4) Include natural ventilation, daylight via skylights, and tile roofing.
3) Garden with a Fountain: The central garden should include a detailed fountain, creating a relaxing, traditional ambiance.

4) Houses and Windows: The houses inside the Kasba should be modeled with wooden doors and windows in uniform texture. To simplify the modeling process, houses can be designed with similar structures and textures. While exact dimensions for each house aren't necessary, some may include small commercial garages, while others won't. Additionally, some houses may be single-story, while others may have an additional floor.

5) Public Lighting:
5-1) Main Streets: Light posts spaced 25 meters apart. [street_lighting_1.jpg]
5-2) Secondary Streets: Lights mounted on facades. (we will provide the picture later)

6) Bazaar Area (We propose to transform the 2-meter deep, 20-meter diameter hole into a bazaar or traditional open-air museum).
7) A marketplace within the Kasba: (file: market_kasba_archicad.pln) : This file requires a few additional elements: two taps, paving stones, two fire extinguishers, facade lighting, a wooden roof [market_2.jpg] , and a chandelier.

8) Parking Area: The 3D model should include an improved parking layout with a dedicated space for handicapped access. [parking_wanted_solution_new.png]
9) Buried trash cans (We'll let you know where to place them later).
10) The walls or borders should have a texture resembling the images titled [wall_picture_1.jpg] and [wall_picture_2.jpg].
11) We would like the pavement in this area to resemble the style shown in the image titled [ground_cobblestone.jpg]

1) 3D Model for Archicad: A complete 3D representation of the Kasba, including all specified elements.
2) Animations:
2-1) Daylight version showcasing the architectural features.
2-2) Nighttime version displaying the public lighting in action.
2-3) Animations should showcase:
