ArchiCAD Model for Housing Units

I need an ArchiCAD model for three two-story housing units based on my sketch design.

Requirements:
- Basic layout only
- Architectural styles: Modern, Traditional, or Mediterranean (based on my sketch)
- Planning drawings are needed, no construction documents

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Strong understanding of architectural design and planning
