10-Year Bihar AQI Forecasting -- 2

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I have five years of hourly CAAQMS readings (2022-2026) from every monitoring station in Bihar and now need a forward-looking spatio-temporal model that projects the state-wide Air Quality Index through 2036. The variables I want carried through the workflow are NO2, SO2, temperature, relative humidity, and PM10.
Main aim is LULC By taking parameters like (Barren land , agriculture,rivers ,roads) in fish frid net model and also mapping of SO2 AND NO2
All work must stay inside ArcGIS Pro, relying on the Geostatistical Analyst extension for variogram fitting, kriging, and trend surface generation. Before any modelling begins, please run data cleansing, normalisation, and spatial-temporal interpolation so that missing or erratic values do not distort the forecast.

Deliverables
• A file geodatabase containing the cleaned 2022-2026 input layers, intermediate surfaces, and ten yearly AQI prediction rasters (2027-2036) at a resolution suitable for district-level policy work.
• A Geostatistical Analyst layer file (.lyr) or open GDB kriging model that can be rerun when new data arrive.
• A brief method note (PDF or DOCX) summarising preprocessing choices, semivariogram parameters, validation statistics (e.g., RMSE, ME), and any ArcPy snippets you used so that results remain reproducible.

I will test the deliverables by rerunning the saved model on a withheld subset of the 2026 data; accuracy within industry-standard error bounds will serve as acceptance criteria. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any clarifications you need.
