Wildlife Study Area GIS Mapping

I'm looking for a detailed GIS map for a wildlife study area. The map should include the following data:

- Land ownership
- Road networks
- Polygon features with attributes

The final product should be delivered as a digital GIS file - something that can be used in Avenza.
