Urban Planning GIS Layers

I have an urban–planning study area that needs a clean, well-structured GIS set-up. Specifically, I want two new data layers—Land Use and Population Density—compiled, symbolised and delivered in a 2-D map format. All source data you compile should be properly projected, documented and ready for immediate use in ArcGIS or QGIS.

Deliverables
• Geodatabase (or shapefiles) containing the Land Use and Population Density layers, fully attributed
• A print-ready 2-D map layout (PDF + editable MXD/QGS) showing both layers with an intuitive legend and scale bar
• Short metadata note describing data sources, projection and any processing steps

Accuracy, clear cartographic styling and tidy layer organisation are the key acceptance criteria.
