Topographic Land Cover Maps

I need a fresh set of topographic maps that focus on current land use and land cover across the designated area. The finished products must be publication-quality, GIS-ready, and clearly differentiate every land-cover class while still retaining the clean visual style expected of a topographic sheet.

Scope of work
You will source or integrate the best-available spatial layers, prepare them in a consistent projection, and style the map so that land-use and land-cover categories are immediately readable. Contours or elevation shading are optional; the priority is accurate, well-symbolised land-cover detail.

Preferred workflow
QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, or any equivalent open-source tool is fine as long as the final files open flawlessly on my end. Please keep all intermediate steps reproducible so I can update the map later if new data arrives.

Deliverables
• High-resolution PDF and PNG exports suitable for print and screen
• Layered GIS package (SHP or GeoPackage) containing the styled map and raw layers
• One-page metadata sheet noting data sources, coordinate system, and any processing steps
