Texas FTTH Network Planning

Job ID: 39934198

Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR

I’m expanding a Google Fiber (AT&T) FTTH rollout across residential neighborhoods in Texas and need a network planner who can take my existing ArcMap files and turn them into construction-ready AutoCAD drawings.

Here’s what I already have:
• Base maps showing poles, manholes, and preliminary drop routes.
• A high-level service layout that reaches every home in the target areas.
• Some Central Splitting Point (CSP) sites confirmed, others still to be pinned down.

What I need from you:
1. Refine the fiber routes from each CSP to every customer premise, using the available utility assets.
2. Verify and recommend the remaining CSP locations so coverage stays balanced and efficient.
3. Convert the final design from ArcMap to clean, layer-organized DWG files that a field construction crew can follow.
4. Make sure the plan aligns with all applicable Texas state standards.

Please work directly in ArcMap and AutoCAD; no other tools are required. I’ll provide the geodatabase, address lists, and any field notes as soon as we start. If you’ve delivered FTTH designs before—especially in the U.S.—let me know; that experience will be a big plus.

The goal is a detailed, build-ready fiber plan I can hand straight to construction.
