I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can take a hand-drawn or sketched layout that is overlaid on a map and convert it into a professional subdivision concept plan.

The project involves turning my rough idea into a clean, accurate drawing that shows a potential subdivision layout. This is not a full engineering plan—just a visually clear and logically organized concept plan suitable for early discussions, feasibility, and presentations.

What I Need:

Convert my drawing & map overlay into a polished concept layout

Show roads, lot lines, parcel divisions, and access points

Maintain approximate scaling based on the underlying map

Produce a professional PDF (and source file)

Optional: color rendering or presentation-style concept map


Ideal Experience:

CAD drafting (AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar)

GIS mapping (QGIS, ArcGIS, etc.)

Land planning / urban planning / subdivision design

Surveying or civil engineering background a bonus


Deliverables:

Subdivision concept plan (PDF)

Editable CAD, GIS, or vector file (DWG, DXF, SHP, AI, or similar)


I Will Provide:
