PDF Map to GeoTIFF Conversion

I need a single-layer Airport Diagram in PDF converted to a GeoTIFF raster format for use in a GIS system. The raster map should be at a resolution of 600 DPI. I have initially 30 that need to be done with the potential for more. Must provide documentation of the workflow and geoprocessing tools used for conversion. Recommend approach for automating geoprocessing tasks. NDA is required.
