Ohio Parks Bird Map Overlay

I need an interactive map overlay created in ArcGIS Pro. The map should display Ohio parks with pinpoints and the most common birds at each park. Each pinpoint should be accompanied by a legend.

Requirements:
- Use ArcGIS Pro for map creation
- Pinpoints to mark park locations
- Bird data visualization: both images and names
- Comprehensive legend

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro
