I need a comprehensive analysis of the expansion of the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia over the last 30 years, and its impact on surrounding neighborhoods. This project aims to provide insights into demographic changes, property value fluctuations, and infrastructure development.
Key Requirements:
- Analyze demographic changes, property value changes, and infrastructure development
- Focus on the last 30 years of expansion
- Utilize data from Census Tracts and Tax Assessments
- Provide visual aids such as maps and charts
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Experience with GIS mapping
- Strong background in urban studies or related fields
- Ability to create clear, informative charts and maps
I also mainly want these in CSV files and what not so I can build upon the work on my own in ArcGis
