National Demographic ArcGIS Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a complete national-scale demographic dataset and I want it transformed into a set of clear, compelling geospatial visualizations inside ArcGIS. The goal is to give decision-makers an immediate, intuitive view of key indicators—population density, age distribution, income levels, and any other attributes you think will add value—through well-styled, interactive maps.
You’ll start by importing my CSV and boundary files (they can be provided as Shapefiles or a file geodatabase). After checking projection consistency, join the demographic attributes to the national boundaries and design a suite of thematic maps in ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. The styling should be consistent with modern cartographic standards: appropriate color ramps, meaningful class breaks, and clean labeling so the patterns stand out at a glance.
Because the scope is national, performance is important. Please optimise layer symbology and scale dependencies so the map renders smoothly when zooming from country level down to regional detail. Once everything looks right, package the project for sharing both offline and online.
Deliverables I need back from you:
• A fully documented ArcGIS project file (.aprx or .mxd) with all data sources correctly linked
• Layer files with the final symbology for each demographic indicator
• A high-resolution static export (PDF or PNG) suitable for print
• An ArcGIS Online web map (or a map package) ready for public viewing, including metadata
I’ll provide the raw demographic tables, boundary layers, and a short style guide as soon as we start. Let me know if you need clarification on any variable names or format details. Looking forward to seeing these maps come to life.
