Koya DEM & Contour Mapping -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a GIS specialist to turn the Koya study area into a clean Digital Elevation Model and a set of 10-meter contour lines that I can rely on for engineering planning. I will supply the exact boundary; for elevation you may start with SRTM or any higher-resolution DEM you recommend, as long as the final surface is free of holes, sinks, and spikes.
ArcGIS or QGIS are both acceptable, but please keep the workflow reproducible so I can trace every step for my academic report. The maps must line up in the correct coordinate system and be easy to drop into drawings or presentations.
Deliverables
• GeoTIFF DEM covering the full project extent
• Contour layer at 10 m interval in SHP (or GeoPackage)
• Print-ready PDF layout with legend, scale bar, north arrow, and clear labelling
• All project files and metadata needed to recreate the results in ArcGIS or QGIS
Acceptance
The files should open without error, align perfectly with the supplied boundary, and display the expected elevation range when sampled. Please tell me which data source you intend to use and the basic steps you will follow so I can give the green light before you start processing.
