Hydraulic Analysis for MUD Formation Protest (Cypress, Texas)
Budget: $10 – $100 USD
I need a hydraulic engineer who can help formulate a defense argument around the issues of flooding, groundwater recharge, hydraulic load, and risks to tying into an existing MUD's fresh and wastewater systems. The work is in support of a MUD Protest case with the TCEQ and SOAH that is currently scheduled to start June 18th, 2026. Engineer must be a PE and willing to share all data, modeling, output, and to testify in the case. Preference is for an engineer in the State of Texas.
