I am seeking a highly skilled GIS professional to assist with the methodology section of my graduate thesis, which focuses on spatial accessibility to healthcare facilities. This research project applies Network Analysis and the Two-Step Floating Catchment Area (2SFCA) method using ArcGIS to assess disparities in access to skilled nursing facilities across different population groups. You will be required to implement the Network Analysis and 2SFCA model in ArcGIS using the provided datasets. This includes setting up the road network, defining catchment areas, applying distance decay (if applicable), and calculating accessibility scores.

Key Responsibilities:

Review existing methodology draft for technical accuracy and logical flow.

Ensure alignment with research objectives and best practices.

Suggest improvements or rewrite sections where necessary.

Verify correct structuring and description of network analysis and 2SFCA for ArcGIS implementation.
