GIS Freelance Project Help finishing ArcGIS Online Map/Apps & Analytics for Farm Purchase DD & Recharge Site DD
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need help with ArcGIS Online for farm land purchase due diligence in California. I have created the main maps. But i need help to create fields/polygons for real estate blocks we are looking at purchasing (farms) and connecting excel tables of historic production of 8 different crops (for example oranges, nuts, cherries, etc) over 20 different blocks over 5 years that will automatically will connect to each polygon/block. Also, slider for historic satellite imagery to see what was planted before and what quality the trees/crops were in. Also, web application where other users can make comments about specific blocks /polygons on the map, add pictures with specific labels & comments, water wells, documents to attach to map providing information about wells and other property data, pins, etc ( that can be viewed from mobile application). I also do have some hydrological work/ground water recharge mapping and analysis as part of separate project that i need to do.

• Do you have experience with ArcGIS Online?
Also, do have experience finding public data source from both ESRI sources/layers / services and from 3rd party sites and importing them? Do you have experience working with California mapping, data sources, and projects? Do you have any experience with farming projects, real estate due diligence projects, or water projects?
For the main project, project 1. do you have experience connecting data from Excel tables in the form of heat maps and graphs (i.e. in a dashboard view that will have historic production for a specific block/polygon of say In In the near future I will need More Advanced help-
Later if experience using the analysis tools to compare application of water, fertilizer, etc to normalize for those factors that would be great, but that is not needed now. Thanks.
