GIS Developer for Renewable Energy Project
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I need a GIS Developer to support and expand our geospatial tools for solar site selection in the UK.
Key Tasks:
- Maintain and update existing ArcGIS Experience Builder application.
- Integrate new UK geospatial datasets (ALC, flood zones, SSSI, AONB, etc.).
- Enhance Python-based ETL workflows (ArcGIS Notebooks, Pandas, ArcPy).
- Ensure data accuracy and proper scoring.
Ideal Skills:
- ArcGIS Online/Pro/Notebooks experience.
- Python proficiency for geospatial data processing.
- Strong UK GIS datasets and spatial analysis knowledge.
- Good communication and independent work ability.
This is a remote, ongoing role with flexible hours. We can start with a short-term task and expand based on performance.
