Esri ArcGIS React Frontend Implementation

Looking for a peer to teach react with Esri ArcGIS.
I’m building a web interface that embeds Esri’s ArcGIS JavaScript API inside a modern React code-base and need someone who can take charge of the front-end layer. The core requirement is to wire up the map views and related widgets so they sit naturally within React components while still giving me the freedom to style and theme through popular UI libraries.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
• Set up reusable React components that wrap ArcGIS functionality and expose props for easy configuration.
• Use Material-UI, Ant Design and Chakra UI (you may mix and match) so the layout is fully responsive, offers interactive elements such as drawers, menus, and modals, and supports theme switching.
• Ensure every component behaves fluidly on desktop, tablet, and mobile, with accessible keyboard navigation where relevant.
• Structure the project so that other developers can drop new ArcGIS widgets in with minimal boilerplate.
You can provide a small demo app running locally that loads an ArcGIS map, allows layer toggling, and shows at least one custom widget.
• All visual elements styled through the above libraries; switching themes must instantly update colors and typography.
• No console errors; Lighthouse mobile performance score above 80.
