Esri ArcGIS 3D GIS Multipatch Renderings

Create 3D GIS renderings to support permit applications for building construction activities.

3D multipatch objects representing target structures within their immediate Area of Interest (AOI). The AOI includes the primary target structure, extending to 1-2 mile buffer radius to capture its immediate neighboring structures on all sides. This approach provides planning boards and applicants with an intuitive understanding of spatial context without the overhead of complex architectural modeling.


leverage the Esri ArcGIS System to render 3D volumes (multipatches). This will assist the Town to efficiently compare a target structure against its surroundings.
