Environmental Thematic GIS Mapping
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I need a series of clean, presentation-ready thematic maps that visually highlight key environmental data across my study area. The work is strictly for mapping and visualization; no heavy spatial analytics are involved. All source layers—land-cover classifications, hydrology, elevation rasters, and a few accompanying shapefiles—are ready for import.
ArcGIS Pro or QGIS can be used, whichever you are most efficient with. Consistent symbology, clear legends, north arrows, scale bars, and concise metadata notes are essential so the maps can drop straight into a report without extra tweaks on my end.
Deliverables
• 4–6 high-resolution thematic maps in PDF and PNG
• The fully styled ArcGIS (.aprx) or QGIS (.qgz) project file with relative paths
• A brief text file summarising coordinate system, data sources, and cartographic choices
Acceptance criteria
Maps must open error-free in the stated software, match the provided environmental layers exactly, and maintain uniform colour ramps, typography, and layout across all outputs.
