Drive-Time GIS Map Creation
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a small set of five addresses and I’d like to see, in a single glance, how far a driver can reach from each site within four minutes. You may work in ArcGIS.
Here’s what I need you to do:
• Geocode the five provided addresses inside ArcGIS to obtain precise point coordinates.
• Build a four-minute drive-time service-area for the collection of points (one contiguous polygon is fine; separate polygons are also acceptable if you think it tells the story better).
• Design two clear, publication-ready PNG images:
1. Base map with the five locations accurately plotted and labelled.
2. The same map overlaid with the four-minute drive-time boundary, styled so it stands out without obscuring streets or key landmarks.
Please keep the cartography clean and legible, using a neutral basemap and colour choices that print well as well as display crisply on screens. Standard north arrow, scale bar, and a short legend are required. Resolution should be at least 300 dpi so I can drop the PNGs straight into a report.
I’ll supply the addresses immediately on award; everything else is up to you.
