Digitize Land Use Maps for GIS

I need six municipal land use parcel maps digitized. The maps should be converted from PDF to GIS polygons and delivered in Shapefile (SHP) format.

Requirements:
- Digitize from PDF to GIS polygons
- Format: Shapefile (SHP)
- Attributes per polygon:
- Land use type
- Town name
- Town code
- General code
- Coordinate system: NAD 83

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in GIS software
- Experience with map digitization
- Familiarity with Shapefile format and NAD 83 coordinate system
