Certified GIS Mapping Specialist Needed - QGIS, ESRI, ArcGIS, GIS, Google Maps or similar

I’m looking for a certified GIS specialist to take ownership of a new GIS project. The core objective, as I see it, is simple: “GIS Project with certified GIS specialist.”
Your main task will be map creation and visualization. I have raw geographic data ready and need professional-quality maps that clearly communicate insights to decision-makers and the public. If you have proven skills in ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms, you’re the person I want.
Scope of work
• Transform my existing data layers into polished, publication-ready maps.
• Recommend the best cartographic styles, legends, and symbology for clarity and impact.
• Deliver high-resolution files in both editable (e.g., .mxd, .qgz) and shareable (PDF, PNG) formats.
• Provide a short hand-off guide so I can update layers later if needed.
While the focus is on visualization, I’m open to your suggestions on additional steps such as data collection, entry, or deeper spatial analysis if they will strengthen the final product.
Freelancers must hold a recognized GIS certification such as Esri Technical Certification (ArcGIS Desktop Entry Certification, ArcGIS Desktop Associate Certification, ArcGIS Desktop Professional Certification), ArcGIS Enterprise Administration Associate/Professional Certification, or ArcGIS Developer Associate Certification.
Please share examples of past map projects, note the GIS software versions you prefer, and outline an estimated timeframe for initial drafts and final delivery. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right fit.
