ArcGIS Pro Hot Spot Analysis

I have a dataset ready in ArcGIS Pro and need a focused Hot Spot Analysis carried out on it. The goal is to pinpoint statistically significant clusters and visualize them in a way that helps decision-makers grasp where concentrations truly occur.
Here is what I expect:
• Run the Getis-Ord Gi* Hot Spot Analysis on the feature layer I will supply (file geodatabase).
• Apply appropriate scale and distance band parameters, justifying your choices in a short note.
• Deliver a clean, symbolized map layout (.pagx or map package) plus the updated geodatabase containing the Gi_Bin field.
• Provide a concise, step-by-step summary of the workflow so I can replicate it later.
I am using the current ArcGIS Pro release, so please keep your tools and symbology compatible. Once I send the data, I’d like the final map and documentation back within a week.
