ArcGIS Enhanced React App Development
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a skilled freelance programmer to implement new features into an existing React application template. The application template is already set up, and your main task will be to integrate and enhance functionality using ArcGIS APIs and push notifications.
Project Details
Key Responsibilities:
1. ArcGIS Integration:
◦ Enable signed-in users to create alerts based on their current location.
◦ Capture and store geological information in the database associated with the alert.
◦ Provide an admin panel to display all alerts along with their geological information.
2. Push Notifications:
◦ Integrate Novu services for real-time push notifications.
◦ Ensure notifications are triggered and sent based on specific criteria.
3. Admin Features:
◦ Allow admins to:
▪ Approve alerts and decide actions, and send push notifications to zones, specific areas. .. etc
▪ Send notifications to all users within a specified zone or a custom-defined circular area (e.g., 100m radius or admin-defined distance).
◦ Define zones on the map using ArcGIS tools.
4. User Features:
◦ Enable users to set their home location upon signup for location-based alert handling.
◦ Notify users based on proximity to alerts in their area.
Requirements
• Professional experience with:
◦ React.js development.
◦ ArcGIS API for mapping, zone definitions, and handling geospatial data.
◦ Push notification services (experience with Novu is a plus).
• Proficiency in working with databases to store and retrieve geological and user data.
• Familiarity with admin panel development for approving, managing alerts, and broadcasting notifications.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively.
