Air quality monitor for the UK boroughs

- Using government data I would like to create layers displaying air quality data, for multiple different types.
- The map needs opacity to a level where the area is still viewable.
- The base map will contain polygonal sections relating to the boroughs of the UK and hopefully allow the user to select a borough to have a closer insight into the area.
- The user should be able to create a circle radius to also analyse the data
