AGOL to QGIS Migration Consultation

I'm seeking expert advice on migrating from ArcGIS Online (AGOL) to QGIS primarily due to cost reduction and owing to recurring bugs in Field Maps. We are a small 7 person company, currently spending around £5/4K per annum for AGOL.

The primary initial focus is to explore whether migration from AGOL to QGIS is the right choice for us, and to understand what systems/software we need if we were to migrate.

If following this exploration, we choose to migrate, I would be looking for help to set up the system.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Expertise in both AGOL and QGIS
- Proficiency in handling geospatial data
- Experience with Shapefiles and GeoJSON
