Discord Metadata Capturing Plugin Development

Seeking a skilled developer to create a Discord plugin that can capture detailed metadata information from file exchanges. Our goal is to contribute towards building an open-source unified storage indexing project on GitHub (https://github.com/fsgeek/Indaleko)
Key Plugin Functions:
- Extract metadata from file exchanges such as the file's name, size, the date, and time of the exchange.
- Capture the identities of the parties involved in the file exchange. This includes details such as usernames, user IDs, email addresses, and any other pertinent aliases.
- Implement a system to store files locally.
Desired Skills & Experience:
An ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Discord bot/plugin development, with proficiency in handling and managing files and data. Familiarity with open-source projects and GitHub is preferred, as well as an ability to adhere to project guidelines and deliver on time.
