customer care in Arabic for software product
Budget: $10 – $50 USD
We are looking for Arabic-speaking person for a wide range of tasks related to helping customers getting started with our software (ar.webbsc.com).
The scope of the tasks:
-- making video tutorials (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCILar6QBDI but in Arabic)
-- translating EN > AR (interface, articles, releasing translated articles to a website).
-- talking to the customers (zendesk, live calls)
For estimating the price of the first task. The task would be to make a video tutorial (like shown in the link above) in Arabic version of the software. We'll provide you with English script, your goal will be to translate it to Arabic and record a screencast video with Arabic version of the software.
