translater and interpreter

We have six classroom based training day's worth of technical material and are looking to transcribe our English version presentation slides and manual into Arabic. It is also possible that we may need the translater to be available in person to assist with any learner difficulties during the course presentation.
At this planning stage we would like to hear indicative costs or proposals from UK based people
