transcribing interviews

I have different interviews with a total of five-ish hours of recording. The interviews were conducted in mainly Arabic. Need someone to write everything in each recording word by word and distinguish between the two speakers in each interview. This Project requires someone from Arabic speaking country, who is familiar with the white language of the Saudi people.
