I need a brand new website to teach on

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a brand new educational website. The website will be used to teach Egyptian Arabic.
I would like the website to have a content management system, allowing me to easily update and manage the website's content. This is an important feature for me as it will allow me to continuously add new lessons and materials.
Additionally, I would like the website to have interactive learning tools that engage and enhance the learning experience for users. These tools could include quizzes, interactive exercises, and multimedia content.
Another important feature I would like to have is a forum for users to engage in discussion and ask questions related to the course materials. This will foster a sense of community and provide a platform for students to interact and learn from each other.
The last important feature I need is for students to be able to login and schedule and pay for classes as well as a shop section that I can sell e-books through.
In terms of design, I have a general idea of how I want the website to look, but I am open to suggestions and creative input from the developer. I want the design to be clean, modern, and user-friendly, with clear navigation and intuitive layout.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
