I need an Arabic language translator who can understand English language and transcribe in the Arabic language

Hello everyone, am in search of a writer, a native speaker of the Arabic language who understand English language and a transcriber in the Arabic dialect. I have some legal documents (last will and testament), and this documents are to be translated from English language to Arabic.The purpose of these documents(Last Will and testament )is to leave clear instructions on how to pass on your property and finances to family members and friends, so we are looking to collaborate with a professional Arabic expert, a local original speaker to work on the translation of the Arabic version to convert these documents from English Arabic language.
