english and arabic transcription

Hello! I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with an important project. The audio, which I need to be transcribed, is both in English and Arabic. However, it is not yet in digital format so I will need help with converting the audio. The estimated duration of the audio is 1-3 hours. If you have experience transcribing audio from both English and Arabic and with conversion of analogue formats to digital, then I would love to hear from you!
