customer care in Arabic for SaaS product -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for Arabic and English speaking person for a wide range of tasks related to helping customers getting started with our software (ar.webbsc.com).
The scope of the tasks:
-- making video tutorials (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCILar6QBDI in Arabic)
-- translating EN > AR (interface, articles, releasing translated articles to a website)
-- making demonstration for users online
The first task would be to make a video tutorial (like shown in the link above) in Arabic version of the software. We'll provide you with Arabic script, your goal will be to reproduce the steps from the video and record a screencast video with Arabic version of the software.
