Translator from Arabic into Russian and from Russian into Arabic

I am looking for a translator who can translate general texts from Russian into Arabic. The document(s) that need translation contains between 1000-5000 words. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
- Fluent in both Arabic and Russian
- Proficient in translating general texts
- Familiarity with cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions in both languages
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation
- Ability to meet deadlines
