I am looking for a translator who can help me with a document translation from English to Arabic.

Skills and experience required:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Strong understanding of both languages, including cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions
- Experience in translating documents accurately and efficiently
- Ability to convey the original meaning and tone of the document in the translated version
- Familiarity with technical and specialized terminology, if applicable

Certification:
- The client is not sure if they need the translation to be certified. Therefore, the translator should be prepared to discuss the certification requirements with the client and provide guidance if necessary.

Note:
- Please provide samples of previous translation work or a portfolio.
- The project timeline and budget will be discussed further with the selected translator.
