Translation Job Arabic to English

I need an Arabic presentation to be translated into English. 17 slides. Do not need a perfect translation. The output can be in a word document - slide by slide which gives me an idea of what is being said. There are some graphs and tables which need to be translated too but again from the view of driving understanding. I do not want graphs to be recreated.
