Translating one page WordPress website using Polylang or any other plug in to Arabic with minor email form link

I have a short one-page word press website, and I need to translate the whole website into Arabic to be bi language website (English and Arabic ); all menus and website content are available. All that I want is to have a second language (Arabic). I have already built the whole website but in an English version. I have already installed the Ploylang plugin. Therefore I need the following :
1. perform complete website translation in Arabic.
2. The language selector should be visible at the website's top or suitable location.
3. link or connect the existing contact form to the desired email ( to be given later ) in addition to reCaptcha
