Translate a novel into Arabic

I am looking for someone fluent in both English and Arabic to translate a 330 page novel into Arabic. Candidate must be exceptionally fluent in both languages and be able to capture the personalities of my characters and make them come alive in Arabic. This translation will be seen by millions of people in the Middle East. Must bid on entire job.
